Yes. Rezoning cases, site plans, air permits and utility filings are public records. We collect, clean and organize them. Contacting developers about your services is standard B2B outreach.
Why not find the projects myself?
You can. The filings are spread across county planning agendas, state air permit databases and utility commission dockets, each in its own format. Generator air permits are an early signal few people track. We check all of them every week and link them to one project.
